Our Name
zo•ti•cus [zoh'-ti-kuhs]: A Latinized form of the Greek name Zotikos meaning “full of life.” St. Zoticus of the Fourth Century is the patron saint of the poor. He was born into a noble and wealthy family in Rome, gave all his money to the poor and orphans, and administered a large hospital for their care.
